Rehabilitate Historic 1940's Passenger Coach Central New Jersey (CNJ) #1021

This is the restoration of a passenger coach that will be utilized for regular train excursions. Work includes removal/abatement of hazardous materials, exterior and interior rehabilitation, and electrical/mechanical repairs to restore the rolling stock to excellent condition. Specific repairs include abatement of asbestos and lead paint, roof rehabilitation, glazing/window sash and door work, wall/ceiling refinishing, reupholster seats, repair truck units, and rebuild the braking system.
