Santiam River Rock Crushing FY26 - Service

Services related to development and crushing of road surface aggregate at two locations on Forest Service managed lands on the Willamette National Forest. Services will include dozer work to establish quarry access road removal of trees and soil overburden drilling and blasting rock unit earthwork required to prepare crush plant and stockpile location crushing and sifting sampling and testing of aggregate gradation being produced mitigation measures to protect water quality from work site run-off mulching exposed soils.
