Description
This project provides for the removal, replacement, and full modernization of the existing fuel dispensing system at the Yocum Sailing Center. The work includes the safe removal of outdated underground storage tanks (USTs), fuel dispensers, piping, and associated electrical systems, and the procurement and installation of a new, fully compliant marine and landside fuel dispensing system. This project replaces the aging Yocum Sailing Center fuel dispensing system at USMMA with a fully modern, environmentally compliant marine and landside fueling infrastructure. The work includes removal of existing underground storage tanks, piping, and dispensing equipment; installation of new double-wall fiberglass gasoline and diesel USTs; construction of new dual-product marine and landside fuel dispensers; upgrades to electrical, piping, dock, and roadway infrastructure; environmental remediation; regulatory permitting; and final system commissioning in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
