The proposed system would cover the entire facility (approximately 44,000 sq ft) much of which is occupied on a daily basis by both maintenance and garden staff. The proposed system would be 20% dry pipe and 80% wet pipe based on recommendation from EYP engineers who also provided the Class C estimate for this project.
