USMMA - Women's Locker Room Renovation

This project requires a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform comprehensive renovations within the women's locker room facility. The scope includes the mechanical removal and replacement of existing rubber flooring and bathroom mosaic tile , removing old metal lockers to install new layout-approved configurations , and replacing existing ceilings with new moisture-resistant suspended PVC panels. Contractors will also upgrade the lighting with new LED fixtures , reconfigure the bathroom and shower layouts using heavy-duty floor-anchored HDPE dividers , and install new shower fixtures, floor drains, and mirrors. Finally, the project requires repairing deficient electrical wiring , insulating exposed piping , installing an HVAC ventilation timer , patching masonry , and painting the entire space within a forty-five calendar day performance period.
