USMMA - Construction Management Services

The United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) is seeking Construction Management (CM) Services to provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assist the Government in overseeing the Samuels Hall Renovation Project in Kings Point, NY. The CM contractor will monitor the General Contractor’s cost, schedule, and performance, while coordinating closely with the Architect of Record. Because the campus is a registered historic site, all work must comply with federal historic preservation standards. The renovation project is currently underway with substantial completion projected for November 2026 and final closeout in March 2027. This short-term bridge contract is a single-source action via GSA OASIS+, preceding a competitive follow-on task order planned for award by Spring 2026.
