Description
Replace deteriorated HVAC Chillers and air-handlers in the Statue of Liberty. The work will take place inside the historic pedestal's ground level (0P) and second level (2P). Replacing chillers and handler units that were installed during the 1986 restoration, and nearing the end of their 40-year life cycle. The unit sizes are: (1) 60-ton chiller, (1) 100-ton chiller and three 25-30HP air-handler units and respective condensing units.
