Integrated Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, and EMS Support for USMMA

The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) requires comprehensive on‑site healthcare services to support the wellbeing of approximately 1,000 Midshipmen. To meet this need, a contractor will provide qualified medical, dental, behavioral health, and emergency medical professionals, along with the administrative staff necessary to deliver both routine and urgent care. All equipment, supplies, and laboratory services required to evaluate, diagnose, and treat Midshipmen—whether through preventive, non‑invasive, or invasive care—must be furnished by the contractor. Service levels and staffing will be determined based on the Academy’s mission‑driven operational needs.
