Description
Dry Dock Maintenance for Research Vessel Kaho: dry dock inspection and maintenance is required every 5-years for each USGS resesarch vessel to be in compliance with the USGS Large Vessel Safety Management System to esure the ship is seaworthy for mission on the Great Lakes. Work requires dry docking in order to inspect and perform maintenance and repairs on the hull, thru-hull fitting, rudders, shafts, and sensors.
