his project will rehabilitate six seasonal beach center facilities located at the North Beach, Gunnison, B, C, D, and E plazas within the Sandy Hook Unit. . Exterior work includes replacement of deteriorated wood shingle roofing with composite shake roofing, replacement of cedar wall shingles with fiber cement shingles, and repair and repainting of exterior wood trim. Interior work includes replacement of worn tile flooring with seamless epoxy flooring systems, replacement of restroom partitions
