Description
Install and maintain a temporary facade-containment system at the Fire Island Lighthouse to protect visitors, employees, partners, and contractors from falling shotcrete. The 2026 rope-access survey documented widened and newly formed cracks, horizontal and vertical displacement, and widespread crazing throughout the shotcrete shell. The system is expected to remain in place for approximately five years and receive monthly inspections and minimal maintenance while preserving use of the LH.
