Description
This project will restore the façade and additional exterior elements. Work includes masonry repairs, cleaning, and repointing; conservation of the metal tablets and sign above the Wall St entrance; replacing the bird deterrent systems; replacing the gutter liner; and repairing damaged plaster. Windows and doors will be cleaned and repaired. Entrance systems will be replaced to meet Architectural Barriers Act requirements. Iron fences and gates at the site will be restored, cleaned, and painted.
