Description
The Contractor shall provide all engineering services, labor, supervision, project management, equipment, materials, testing, commissioning, documentation, and all other necessary items to furnish and install energy-efficient light-emitting diode (LED) lighting fixtures and lighting occupancy sensors throughout the ICE Batavia Service Processing Center (SPC) in Batavia, New York. The Contractor shall also remove, demolish, and properly dispose of (or recycle, where practicable) all existing fluorescent fixtures, lamps, and/or ballasts that are replaced.
