Description
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) Plum Island Closure and Support (PICS) program is charged with the overall transition and closure activities for the Plum Island Animal Disease Center (PIADC). Among the key performance parameters of the program is the terminal biological decontamination of Building 101 (B101). To prepare for decontamination, waste within B101 will need to be removed to facilitate subsequent cleaning and sanitization activities. This Statement of Work (SOW) specifies the scope and applicable requirements to support augmented waste removal activities beyond the Core Services baseline effort, including staging, autoclaving, and waste removal.
