Description
Red Rock Admin Bldg. project will include repairs and improvements to the Admin Bldg., as well as repairs to a nearby Parking Lot Restroom Facility. The admin bldg. is approx. 7120 sq. ft., and the restroom facility, approx. 1245 sq. ft. Planned work for the admin bldg. includes replacement of carpet, air duct cleaning, installation of 35 cubicles and 12 workstations, replacement of the energy recovery unit, replacement of the solar water heating system, and complete exterior painting. Planned work for the restroom facility will include complete exterior painting, along with roof and exterior wall repairs.
