Description
The project replaces seven rooftop air conditioning units on the eastern side (office area) serving the Safety First Warehouse located at Boulder City, Nevada. The existing HVAC units are past their service life and need to be improved. They are to be upgraded with new higher SEER (seasonal energy efficiency ratio), Energy Star rated, units to meet Indoor Air Quality standards. Included in this project is also the relocation of ducts as required.
