Elko District Office Design-Build

Replace BLM Elko District Office with a new building. Contract will include design and construction of new buildings, expanded public parking and disposal of old BLM building.  The building will be co-located offices for BLM and USFS. Lower annual maintenance costs are driving this project.  It has become more cost effective to rebuild than to retrofit, remodel, and reconstruct the facility.  The current BLM Elko District office is outdated, inefficient, expensive to operate, and inaccessible to the public.
