Realty Specialist Support Services for the Office of Facilities, Property and Safety Management (OFPSM)

This contract provides realty specialist support services for the Office of Facilities, Property and Safety Management (OFPSM). The contractor assists with day‑to‑day real property actions, including lease file management, property record updates, document preparation, coordination with regional and program offices, and data entry into real property tracking systems. Support ensures that OFPSM can manage, validate, and maintain accurate real property information for Indian Affairs facilities nationwide. Duties include reviewing realty documents, preparing lease and property documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing of real property transactions, and supporting compliance with federal realty policies and reporting requirements. The work directly supports OFPSM’s Branch of Real Property and Leasing by sustaining accurate property records and facilitating realty operations across multiple regions. This requirement is currently performed by HEARTLAND ENERGY PARTNERS LLC under Delivery Order 140A1624F0062.
