Description
Project will rehabilitate the Administration Building to correct electrical and accessibility code violations, replace heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and correct deferred maintenance. The existing fire detection system will be replaced, and a wet fire sprinkler system will be installed. The electrical system will be rewired to NESC code. All IT cables and wires will be replaced, and HVAC will be upgraded and plumbing replaced.
