Maintenance and Support for the Office of Facilities, Property and Safety Management’s (OFPSM)

This requirement provides continued maintenance and support for the Office of Facilities, Property and Safety Management’s (OFPSM) Safety Management System, which is used by the Division of Safety and Risk Management (DSRM) to track, manage, and report safety‑related activities across Indian Affairs. The contractor maintains and updates the system to ensure it functions reliably, remains compliant with safety program requirements, and supports the agency’s ability to monitor hazards, corrective actions, inspection data, and other key safety information. Work includes system upkeep, troubleshooting, implementing improvements, coordinating with DSRM safety staff, and ensuring the tool remains accurate, accessible, and useful for nationwide safety management operations. The requirement is currently performed by SUNDANCE CONSULTING, INC. under Purchase Order 140A1623P0018.
