AE Services for Havasupai Tribe

This contract provides architect‑engineer services to develop a comprehensive master plan and logistical planning report for the Havasupai Tribe in Supai, Arizona. The contractor will review existing tribal facilities, land use, infrastructure needs, and future development options; engage with stakeholders; analyze logistical challenges related to access and sustainability; and prepare a final master plan report in accordance with the Statement of Work dated February 1, 2025, revised June 26, 2026. The work supports the Tribe’s long‑range facility and community planning needs under the Office of Facilities Management and Construction (OFMC). The requirement is currently performed by BLUE STAR INTEGRATIVE STUDIO LLC under Delivery Order 140A1626F0083.
