Description
The scope of work generally consists of exterior repairs to the building structure/envelope at the Instruction Buildings #251 and #252 at Training Center Cape May. Work includes, but is not limited to: - Abatement of exterior lead-based-paint; - Repointing existing mortar joints; - Application of new elastomeric coatings on pre-cast concrete canopies; - Removal of existing aluminum-framed windows, and the installation of new aluminum framed windows.
