Description
The scope of work generally consists of the removal and replacement of low-slope roofing systems, as well as the removal and replacement of major HVAC equipment at the Harborview Community Club at Training Center Cape May. Work includes, but is not limited to: - The removal of exiting EPDM roofing systems, and the installation of new modified bituminous roofing systems; - The removal of existing aluminum gutters and downspouts, and the installation of new aluminum gutters and downspouts; - The removal of existing air handlers, boilers, condensers, insulated ductwork, dampers, and associated controls; and the installation of new air handlers, boilers, condensers, insulated ductwork, dampers, and associated controls.
