Description
The Bldg. #6 elevator and stair tower structure is framed with structural steel and clad with a pre-fab insulated metal panel system. The exposed exterior portion of the structure measures approx 27’ x 18’ x 37’. Water infiltration through the panel wall during weather events has been reported. Water staining at interior stair walls and floor surfaces is visible. Ongoing water infiltration is contributing to damage of the structure and exterior building envelope. Rehab the panel exterior
