Comprehensive Facility Upgrades for Building C-54, Naval Weapons Station, Earle

This project encompasses five major facility upgrades at Building C-54, Naval Weapons Station Earle. The scope includes the removal and replacement of four rooftop HVAC units to enhance building climate control, and the installation of two new mini split air handlers in the computer server room to improve cooling for critical IT systems. The office building roof will be inspected, repaired, and restored to ensure watertightness and code compliance. ADA-compliant, automated access doors will be installed at main and side entrances, integrated with the building’s security and electrical systems. Additionally, the project covers concrete repairs and upgrades, including patching damaged cement at the loading dock, expanding the sidewalk from the warehouse dock to the building’s side door, and renovating the patio area by removing trees and leveling the surface to improve accessibility and support future facility enhancements.
