Description
The current oil boiler and all associated components will be removed. A 5-ton VRF heat pump system will be installed. Provide five fan coil units in occupied spaces connected to central outdoor condensing unit with refrigerant piping. Water heater will be replaced. Building electrical and plumbing systems will be replaced. The project will provide new fire alarm and detection system throughout the building. A NFPA 13R residential fire protection system will be installed in the basement
