NEW AWARD - HCD Comment Analysis Support

The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call is to provide professional support services necessary for processing comments from various forums including, but not limited to, rulemaking; Requests for Information (RFIs); 1:1 customer interviews, and, listening sessions. The Contractor shall download submissions from the Federal Data Management System (FDMS) and process public comments received in response to these activities and forums, and provide technical assistance including analysis, and quality management, where necessary.
