The scope of work shall include removal and proper disposal of the existing roofing system (complete tear-off), associated materials, and construction debris; and provide a completely new roofing and secondary drainage system, including all new roof insulation, coverboards, fully adhered single ply PVC (Sarnafil or approved equal) membrane, flashings, and all accessories required by the manufacturer.
