14636788 Replace HVAC at Bldg 96 at BASE Elizabeth City; Elizabeth City, NC Scope includes replacement of two HVAC units (Upholstery & HAZMART) and conversion to natural gas. A natural gas line is currently routed to the building, however, gas furnaces, a gas meter and meter transmitter for the BAS system would need to be installed. Steel piping from the natural gas line to each HVAC unit’s natural gas furnace would be required.
