Navy SBIR Contractor Support Service Contract

The objective of this task order is to support the Navy Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR), and Rapid Innovation Fund (RIF) Program Managers, who have overall management and authority for the programs, in executing the SBIR, STTR, and RIF programs for Naval Air (NAVAIR), Naval Sea (NAVSEA), and Naval Information Warfare (NAVWAR) Systems Commands (SYSCOM). This includes assistance with the overall responsibilities of the SBIR/STTR/RIF Program Management Offices (PMO) in executing the programs and maximizing their effectiveness by providing proficient program management, program analysis, administrative, and technical support. At each SYSCOM identified above, the SBIR, STTR, and RIF programs are managed by the same Program Managers.
