The consultant will assist National Organic Program staff in the maintenance and development of courses in a learning management system (as needed) analysis of public comments received in response to published notices and proposed rules (up to 5) writing and editing of notices rules impact analyses rollout plans and supporting briefings/presentations (up to 5) rule analysis and response coordination (up to 3) template maintenance (quarterly) and communication and presentation materials (up to 5).
