USCGC BLUEBELL DOCKSIDE FY27. USCGC BLUEBELL (WLI 313) FY27 Dockside Availability. The purpose of this order is to procure Dockside (DS) maintenance for USCGC BLUEBELL (WLI 313). Maintenance availability will include at minimum: Mooring of a 100' Coast Guard Cutter. Inspection, maintenance and preservation of deck equipment, cranes, winches, boat davit, anchor windlass. Cleaning and preservation of various tanks. Deck and structure preservation.
