Description
USCIS has a need for virtual and/or onsite Sign Language Interpretation (SLI) services on a recurring and an as-needed basis for hard of hearing or deaf employees, and onsite services for specific events or scheduled occasions when virtual is not an option. These services may be utilized during virtual or onsite team meetings, town halls, and facility presentations, or other events as required. It is possible for some events to take place after normal business hours and on weekends. The requirement includes providing interpreter services of both sign to voice and voice to sign utilizing Signed English (SE) and/or American Sign Language (ASL). The Zone 3 area includes the following states: TX,OK, NM, AZ, NV, UT, CO, WY
