This requirement is for manufacturing of steel shackles assemblies, pins, and split keys. Manufacture of 1st class, 2nd class, 3rd class, 4th class, Modeer, and special class steel shackles assemblies, shackles pins and stainless-steel split keys to include all batch alloying elements, batch traceability, item design, batch proof loading, batch breaking loading, batch heat treatment, and welding.
