This requirement is for the manufacturing and shipping of steel shackle assemblies, pins, and split keys. manufacture of 1st class, 2nd class, 3rd class, 4th class, Modeer and special class steel shackles assemblies, shackle pins and stainless steel split keys to include all batch alloying elements, batch traceability, item design, batch proof loading, batch breaking loading, batch heat treatment, and welding. Items manufactured at contractor's site and shipped to the USGC Yard located at Baltimore, MD.
