Description
In support of NSPM-3, America's AI Action Plan, and National Security objectives, this NOFO will provision SMEs, develop and implement international trainings to 1) strengthen research security, intellectual property (IP) protection, cybersecurity, physical security, and personnel reliability to protect advanced technologies, including AI, quantum, and semiconductors, and related data and IP from theft or forced transfer, 2) improve space infrastructure and facility inspections to identify dual-use equipment and activities and avoid predatory contracting tactics, and 3) raise awareness of dual-use risks of adopting Chinese critical technologies such as AI, low earth orbit satellites, and smart city technology and improve partner security measures to attract U.S. investment and expand America’s commercial market share.
