Countering Chinese and Russian Proliferation of Advanced Conventional Weapons

Disrupt Chinese and Russian efforts to manufacture, sell, or distribute their existing advanced conventional weapons systems for the purposes of increasing their arsenals, financial revenues, and influence over other countries decision-making processes. CTR will engage subject matter experts with partner governments, private companies, and financial stakeholders to reduce their risks to Russian and CCP illicit procurement of advanced conventional weapon components, private military and security companies, and critical mineral supply chains.
