ServiceNow Platform Support Services Delivery Modernization (SDM) is focused on improving Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Customer Service Management (CSM) and Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) across USDA by consolidating service delivery platforms. The Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is driving consolidation of the processes and tool components used by IT services providers to streamline IT support to USDA. A single ITSM platform will enable IT components to better collaborate and exchange information to resolve customer issues
