Description
This project aims to solicit bids for a hazardous fuels reduction treatment on the Ava and Cassville units of the Ava/Cassville/Willow Springs Ranger District of the Mark Twain National Forest. Work will include removing invasive eastern redcedar trees from woodlands and glades as well as dispersing slash along prescribed fire boundaries. This project promotes both hazardous fuels reduction objectives of the district as well as glade and woodland restoration goals related to the Forest Plan.
