Establish a new 5-year Tempo and Masterclaves Preventative Maintenance contract in accordance with the Statement of Work for the Midwestern Eastern and Western labs.

Establish a new 5-year Tempo and Masterclaves Service contract with 1 Preventative Maintenance visit within a 12 month interval - Provide calibration/verification documents for each unit after each visit. Any Necessary repairs outside the normal PM adjustments will be requested by the vendor prior to any work being done. Repair estimate will include all charges for parts and labor.
