Description
This project will reconstruct the Ranger III/IV dock and waterfront marina area and provide administrative support buildings and secure parking for visitors and staff. The project will provide adequate dock space for Ranger IV with safe loading and freight delivery zones and will correct long standing deficiencies in access and address border safety concerns as required by the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA).
