Rehabilitate and repair Whetstone Bridge deck structure. Remove existing 4X8X16 rotten Hemlock Pine planks and replace in kind. Replace any damaged floor beams. Replace damaged curbs in kind. Replace deficient steel railing system. Remove all construction debris and old timbers from the site.
