Virtualized Computing Platform Outsourcing (VCPO) support services

This procurement supports the Dissemination Portfolio’s IT Infrastructure & Virtualization Application Services sub-program by providing contracted IT support services that is a component of the scalable, robust, secure and commonly shared dissemination IT infrastructure for NWS and other partners in accordance with the NWS ARM, Table 2.This procurement supports CP / NCEP Central Operations by providing contracted IT support services for the Weather and Climate Operational Supercomputing System (WCOSS), the Weather and Climate Computing Infrastructure Services (WCCIS) Program, developmental and test bed activities, and associated infrastructure in accordance with the NWS ARM, Table 2.
