Description
The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) seeks an Enhanced Reliability Centered Maintenance (E-RCM) program through the implementation of Natural Language Processing tools include an Artificial Intelligence powered analytic model. This model shall be pre-trained on Naval ship structure and machinery terminology to identify, extract, index, enhance quality, and analyze unstructured equipment failure reports and technical data from at least the last 5 years. The model shall be currently utilized to analyze Naval Ship equipment and deployed in a FEDRAMP approved environment. This requirement will also include piloting new automations or prototypes for digitalization use cases. These may include, but are not limited to, tools to promote data driven decision making, data-driven analysis, extracting additional data elements from maintenance documents, more extensive application of natural language processing / large language models, chatbots, developing new automations (RPA or intelligent automation), etc.
