Description
The work is needed to replace a York chiller that has lost efficiency has many refrigerant and oil leaks. The BAC Cooling towers are at a stage where they need a total rebuild. The roof mounted exhaust fan needs to be replaced and integrated with a newly installed refrigerant monitoring system and the existing Daikin chiller graphics need to be integrated into the Siemens Building
