Oracle EPM Account Reconciliation – Implementation & GTAS Edit Check Configuration

The contractor shall provide all personnel, expertise, tools, documentation, project management, and technical services required to configure, implement, test, and deploy Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Account Reconciliation (ARCS) for use by the U.S. Census Bureau. This includes the translation and implementation of approximately 350 Treasury Government wide Treasury Account Symbol Adjusted Trial Balance System (GTAS) Edit Checks within the EPM platform.The objective is to support compliant financial reporting, improve reconciliation accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and enable automated GTAS validation prior to Treasury submission.The Census Bureau must comply with the Department of the Treasury’s GTAS.
