A three year IT Services BPA task order (via a call) that: 1) Implements the NWS Capital Planning and Investment Control Program as mandated by Clinger Cohen act of 1996 and OMB Circular A-130 for all NWS identified IT investments; 2) Manages the NWS IT acquisitions program as mandated by the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act of 2014 and 3) provides expertise to enable the NWS Cloud migration, AI initiatives, and data lake centralization in the areas of Enterprise Architecture, contract documentation, IT Acquisitions, project management and deployment, and enterprise software identification/centralization, ensure efficient and cost effective NWS Information Technology services - all of which is in support of the NWS mission to protect life and property.
