NIHHIS will invite community leaders to develop Situational Manuals for tabletop exercises to build resilience to extreme heat and its compounding and/or cascading impacts. Fund allocation: Each community receives a prize award of 25K - communities submit their completed manuals to us, and we select the 20 best submissions.
