Description
The National Agricultural Library was built in the mid to late 1960s. The Library approximately 340000 square feet of space and has a fifteen-story tower and a two-story annex. The air handling units (AHUs 45) conditioning the annex wing have reached the end of their useful lives and need repair or replacement. The scope of work is to replace the air handling units serving the annex wing (AHU-4 5) and convert the systems from constant volume to variable volume with the addition of VAV terminals in existing ductwork.
