Maintenance of Thermo Fisher Scientific equipment

Provide service and maintenance for Thermo Fisher Scientific instruments and their associated components to include uninterrupted performance within manufacturer's specifications on a scheduled and as-needed basis. The agreement guarantees the full system performance of these instruments, including third-party accessories. The Contractor shall repair/replace all parts (i.e. hardware, software, accessory components/systems required for the operation of the systems. There are approximately 75 different instruments including mass spectrometers, detectors, autosamplers, ultra-cold freezers, pumps, etc.
